Waves of Inspiration Creative Challenge SU

  March's Creative Challenge from Stampin' Up! #creativechallengesu is to use Shimmery White embossing paste and use your Take Your Pick tool to draw a pattern in it before it dries. I CASE'd the card layout from Rochelle Laird-Smith, Stamping Flair. I created my background in a different way than her beautiful card HERE . Be sure to look at her card to learn different ways to use the embossing paste. The Waves of Inspiration stamp set and Waves Dies are retiring soon. HERE is a list of all the products used to make this card.  I started out with a piece of Basic White cardstock and colored it with different hues of blues with Stampin' Write Markers.  Next I used a palette knife to cover the card with Shimmery White embossing paste and dragged the cap of the Take Your Pick tool through the wet embossing paste before it dried.  I used the negative pieces from the waves dies.
