This cheerful card was made using the Poppin' Pastel technique. I arranged these four stamps from the Precious Butterflies Hostess Set on to a large clear Block E. I inked them all at once using Versamark and stamped the clear image on to Whisper White Card Stock. Then I used a Sponge Dauber and the Stampin' Pastels to color over the images. My color combo is Certainly Celery, Baja Breeze and Daffodil Delight. The pastels are artist-quality and blend very smoothly. They even have a color guide inside the lid. I used the Framed Tulips Textured Impressions Embossing Folder on the Baja Breeze base then layered my image. The sentiment is stamped with black Stazon and punched out with the Extra-Large Oval Punch. I attached it with a Stampin' Dimentional.

Creating Pretty Cards Sketch Challenge #9
I designed this "mouthwatering" Creating Pretty Cards Sketch Challenge #9 for Craft Project Central using Stampin' Up's My Digital Studio. I hope this will inspire you. The popsicles are embossed with Cherry and Melon Scented Embossing Powders available for purchase out of the Occasions Mini Catalog until the end of the month. The inspiration card is an easel card.
Here's a FREE Mini Tutorial that has information about how the inspiration card (using the sketch) was created, supplies used, and basic measurements. You should play along too. Each week the project designers will pick their top two favorite entries. At the end of the month five random winners are chosen from the eight favorites, and the winners will receive a FREE subscription to the month of their choice on Craft Project Central. Instead of just one winner every month, there are going to be five winners!
